Silver Moon provides a platform connecting clients with spiritual readers and advisors. By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age to use the platform

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Reader Services

For users providing reader services:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for setting your own rates
• You must provide accurate service descriptions
• You agree to honor scheduled sessions
• Platform fees apply to all earnings (default 20%)

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Prices are set in USD. Shimmer credits are loyalty rewards earned through platform engagement and are not a form of payment or currency. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

All users — both clients and readers — must adhere to the following conduct standards. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination:

• No harassment or bullying: Threatening, intimidating, or abusive language or behavior toward any user is strictly prohibited
• No hate speech: Content or communications that promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• No solicitation of personal information: Requesting or sharing personal contact details to circumvent the platform
• No financial advice: Readers must not provide specific financial, legal, or medical advice. Readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance only
• No fraudulent behavior: Misrepresenting qualifications, creating fake reviews, or manipulating the platform in any way
• No explicit or inappropriate content: Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content is prohibited in all communications

Users can report violations using the Report feature available in chat. You may also Block other users to prevent further contact. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled confidentially.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must not post or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or malicious code
• Impersonates others or misrepresents affiliations
• Harasses, threatens, or discriminates

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Silver Moon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Silver Moon and its readers make no claims of supernatural ability and do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or its outcomes. 9. Limitation of Liability
