• Authentication data — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

• Contract performance — account data, profile data, authentication data, communications, and payment data are processed to provide the Silver Moon service.
• Legitimate interest — usage and analytics data are processed to improve the platform and detect fraud or security issues.
• Consent — marketing communications are sent only where you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — we may process or retain data where required by law.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with the following third-party processors who act on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Stripe, Inc. (USA) — payment processing. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.
• Google LLC (USA) — authentication (Google Sign-In) and analytics (Google Analytics).
• Lovable / Netlify (USA) — platform hosting and infrastructure.

All transfers to the above processors outside the European Economic Area are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

We may also share your information to comply with legal obligations or to protect rights, property, and safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Finnish accounting legislation.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request deletion of your account and data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations
